Where event sites usually go wrong

01
The event lives on a ticketing page

Your event sits on a platform page with its logo and a list of other events. The audience you built follows the platform's address.

02
A speaker drops out on Thursday

A session moves or a room changes. If every edit goes through an agency, the site shows the old schedule during the week people check it most.

03
Next year starts from zero

A site built for one date is hard to reuse. The next edition often means paying for the same build again with new dates.

A schedule section, filled in with an example event

Each row has a date, title, description, venue, availability and a link. Put venue details on the session most people attend, mark a workshop full with the availability field, and when a speaker cancels, change one row and publish. The library also has sections for speaker grids, ticket tiers, venue maps and countdowns.

What an event site needs

Beste runs the site. Tickets stay with the platform you already sell through, and your site links to it.
01

A page per speaker, track and year

Unlimited pages on every plan, so speaker profiles, session pages and last year's archive all fit. Duplicate last year's pages for the next edition and update the details.

Questions from event organizers

Tickets, schedule changes, next year and launch day.
Can I sell tickets through Beste?

Beste does not process payments. Sell tickets through the platform you already use and link to it from your site. The site, the schedule and the domain stay yours.

How fast can I change the schedule?

In minutes. Edit a row, publish, and the change is live. You can do it from the builder on your phone, or ask Claude to make the change from the Claude app through the Beste connector.

Can I reuse the site next year?

Yes. Duplicate the pages, change the dates and speakers, and keep last year's edition online as an archive. Pages are unlimited, so the archive costs nothing.

Can I keep the schedule private until announcement day?

Yes, with password protection on Pro. Publish the whole site behind a password, share it with sponsors and speakers, and remove the password on announcement day.
