- Can my whole team work on a project?
Yes. Team includes 2 seats (you and one more person) and 2 client guests on each project. Business has unlimited seats, with roles and permissions for everyone you invite. Plans have a flat price, with no charge per seat.
- How does the math work per client project?
Pro covers 1 project for $15 a month billed annually, or $20 billed monthly. Team is $59 a month billed annually ($708) and covers 10 projects, so it costs less than separate Pro plans from the 4th project on. Business is $139 a month billed annually ($1,668) for 50 projects and unlimited seats. Every subscription comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee.
- What about client handovers?
Team and Business give you 2 options. Give the client content-only access, so they edit text and images while your layout stays locked. Or hand the finished project over to their own account. If they put it on Pro, you earn 20% of it.
- What do I earn from a project I hand over?
If the client puts the project on Pro, you earn 20% of it with no end date, as long as your organization stays on Team or Business. For a client on yearly Pro, that is $36 a year. If the client covers the project with their own Team or Business plan instead, you earn 20% of a year of Pro at every renewal. Team pays for itself at 20 clients on yearly Pro.
- Do you offer agency partnerships?
A partner directory for agencies is on the roadmap. We will announce a date when it is ready. If you run client work at volume and want to talk before then, write to us.
- Can I migrate a client's existing site without losing rankings?
Yes. Match the old URL structure where you can, then import the remaining paths as bulk redirects from a CSV. The import shows matches and duplicates before anything is saved. Redirects are a Pro feature.
